OEM/ODM Manufacturing Process
1. Initial Consultation & Requirement Communication

Preliminary Quotation: Based on the provided information, the manufacturer offers a preliminary quotation, covering production costs, sample fees, mold development fees, and more.
2. Formula Development & Design (ODM)
R&D Team Analysis: The R&D team analyzes the client’s requirements and develops the initial formula.
Raw Material Selection & Validation: Select raw materials that meet quality and safety standards.
Sample Formulation: The initial sample is created and tested internally.
Product Testing & Adjustment: Conduct stability, sensitivity, and efficacy tests, making adjustments as needed to meet the client’s expectations.
3. Sample Confirmation & Refinement
Client Sample Review: The initial sample is provided to the client for testing and feedback.
Modification & Optimization: The sample is adjusted based on the client’s feedback to ensure it meets the required standards.
Final Sample Approval: After the final sample is approved by the client, the mass production phase begins.
4. Packaging Design
Packaging Design Requirements Confirmation: The client’s packaging preferences are discussed, and the design team proceeds with packaging design.
Design Proposal & Client Approval: Once the design is completed, it is submitted to the client for confirmation.
Packaging Material Selection & Approval: The appropriate packaging materials are selected and confirmed.
Packaging Sample Creation: Packaging samples are created, and after client approval, mass production begins.
5. Production Preparation
Production Scheduling: The production schedule is created based on order volume and delivery deadlines.
Mold Development & Production: If necessary, molds for unique packaging or bottle shapes are developed.
