Below is a working flow chart about the whole process from start to end.

Order Confirm

You need to send us your requirements or design documents to get a quote firstly, and then release a PO if the quote meets your request along with down payment.

Pre-production Sample

Before mass production, we will provide samples for your confirmation, which you can seal as the quality standard for formal production.

Mass Production

As soon as you confirm sample quality, we will start mass production and keep you updated with videos or photos.

Inspection

As soon as production finishes, we will carry out post-processing including packaging, inspection and quality control.

Packaging & Finishing

We make sure all products are manufactured exactly based on your requirements and inspected strictly, then finished with fine packaging.

OQC & Shipping

After packaging is completed, we inspect all products again and pack them into cartons. Then the forwarder picks up the goods and arranges shipment.
