About AXDW
Guangzhou Meiji Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is a modern high-tech cosmetic manufacturer specializing in comprehensive OEM/ODM services. We provide customized production solutions supporting cosmetic product registration, hygiene product filing, and medical device registration, with distribution channels covering hospitals and pharmacies.
Our capabilities span professional salon lines, mass-market personal care products, and professional retail chain solutions.
AXDW operates two R&D centers, including an 8,000-square-meter biotechnology research facility equipped with a central laboratory, botanical extraction laboratory, physicochemical testing laboratory, microbiological challenge chamber, efficacy testing laboratory, and product experience laboratory. Our multidisciplinary team brings together experts in chemistry, biology, traditional Chinese medicine, and nutritional science.
In addition, we operate a 10,000-square-meter manufacturing base built in accordance with international GMPC standards and certified under the EU ISO 22716 system. The facility includes a Class 100 cleanroom, a Class 100,000 GMP workshop, a sterile automated filling room, an ultra-pure water system, and more than 50 automated production lines.
Our operations are supported by nearly 500 skilled production professionals and a 30-member R&D team, including PhD-level experts, ensuring strong technical innovation and stable, high-quality manufacturing capabilities.2025 — Meiji Pharmaceutical Formula Registration Cloud Platform
The Innovation R&D Center of Meiji Pharmaceutical continues to advance clinical testing capabilities and has progressively obtained Class I and Class II medical device certifications in China, with product registrations surpassing industry peers and maintaining a leading position.
The cloud-based platform is built upon more than 20 years of R&D expertise and over 10,000 stable, proven formulations. The formula library is scientifically categorized to support diverse development needs across social commerce brands, mass-market labels, and professional channels, covering hair care, daily cleansing, skincare and makeup, mother & baby care, and functional products.
Each year, 50–80 new innovations are added to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge and market-ready.
2024 — Gene-Led Innovation
Meiji Pharmaceutical integrates cosmetic and dermaceutical R&D and manufacturing expertise with modern biotechnology, including molecular biology, cell biology, genetic engineering, and biofermentation technologies, to support skin health at the cellular level.
Leveraging its “2+3” R&D center network, the company translates frontier research in skin regeneration and physiology into practical skincare technologies, establishing strong competitive advantages in safety, precision, and performance.
In 2021, Meiji Pharmaceutical successfully obtained ISO 22716 and GMP certifications, marking the achievement of internationally recognized manufacturing and quality management standards.2020 — Factory Relocation (From Baiyun District to Huadu District, Guangzhou)
Meiji Pharmaceutical relocated its manufacturing base from Baiyun District to Huadu District, Guangzhou, and now operates a 40,000-square-meter modern production facility.
The new facility includes aseptic automated filling workshops, an automated ozone deodorization system, a medical-grade ultrapure water system, and more than 50 automated production lines, significantly enhancing production capacity and quality control standards.
2015 — Establishment of Guangzhou Meiji Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.
Following the integration of Jinhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the Meiji R&D Laboratory Center, the company was officially renamed Guangzhou Meiji Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.
Today, AXDW has evolved into an internationally oriented, integrated enterprise with end-to-end capabilities spanning cosmetic R&D and manufacturing, technical support, OEM/ODM private label services, hero-product development, brand strategy planning, packaging design, and business training.
2012 — Establishment of Meiji R&D Laboratory Center
The brand name “AXDW” was introduced during this period. Initially established as the in-house R&D laboratory of Jinhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the center focused on raw material selection, formulation development, product design, and process optimization, laying a solid foundation for the company’s technological advancement.
2005 — Establishment of Jinhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Jinhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Meiji Pharmaceutical, was founded as a full-service beauty enterprise focusing on cosmetics sales, wellness care, aesthetic medical services, and professional training. This marked Meiji Pharmaceutical’s official entry into the cosmetics industry.

The production environment meets a Class 100,000 cleanroom standard, maintaining controlled air quality throughout the facility. All manufacturing processes are centrally monitored and managed through a unified control system to ensure precision and standardized operations.
