AXDW’s cosmetic manufacturing facilities are designed and constructed in strict compliance with GMPC certification standards. The factory is equipped with 19 automated production lines to ensure efficient operations and consistent product output.
The production environment meets a Class 100,000 cleanroom standard, maintaining controlled air quality throughout the facility. All manufacturing processes are centrally monitored and managed through a unified control system to ensure precision and standardized operations.
AXDW has obtained dual GMPC certifications in accordance with both European Union and United States standards, ensuring the production of high-quality, safe, and stable cosmetic products.
01. Raw ingredients & materials

Strict quality and safety control. Laeyo cosmetic manufacturing labs have Packaging material QC, Raw material QC, Purified Water QC, Semi-finished products QC, Finished products QC, Packaging QC.
Strict testing process. Formula stability test, bottle tightness test, bottle filling test, label digital samples, color box digital samples and other processes will be completed before production and to the customer for confirmation.

8000㎡ production workshop. Completely automated equipments, 12 filling and packing cosmetic production line and 6 sets of emulsifying equipment manufacturing skincare products. Through the production management system, assign production lot numbers to complete data management and analysis.
